**What will you be doing here?**
To support the development and implementation of long-term vision / strategy for Global Raw Ingredients Sourcing through research and analysis. Supporting the RI sourcing team to ensure that Avon’s spend on Raw Ingredients is sourced in an efficient, professional and cost-effective manner in order to create and sustain a competitive advantage.

**Principales responsabilidades**:
- **Ejecutar procesos de compra de materiales directos, garantizando calidad, costo competitivo y tiempos de entrega.**
- **Analizar cotizaciones, negociar precios,



términos de pago y condiciones de suministro con proveedores nacionales e internacionales.**
- **Asegurar el cumplimiento de contratos, acuerdos comerciales y níveles de servicio establecidos.**
- **Analizar tendencias de mercado, costos de materias primas y proponer mejoras en estrategias de compra.**
- **Mantener actualizado el catálogo de proveedores aprobados y buscar constantemente alternativas de suministro.**
- **Colaborar con las áreas de Planeación, Marketing, Comercial y Finanzas para asegurar la alineación de objetivos de área y empresa**
- **Garantizar el cumplimiento de políticas de ética, transparencia y normatividad aplicable en procesos de compras.**
