**What You’ll Do**
- **Lead & Inspire** - Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales reps and appointment setters to exceed targets.
- **Build a Winning Culture** - Foster a high-energy, competitive, and success-driven work environment.
- **Drive Sales & Growth** - Develop and implement strategies to boost conversion rates, increase sales, and maximize revenue.




- **Coach & Develop** - Provide hands-on training and mentorship to elevate your team’s performance.
- **Ensure Quality & Efficiency** - Oversee appointment verification, dispatching, and quality assurance for a seamless sales process.
- **Engage with Customers -**Handle calls to assist potential leads with rescheduling, rebooking, or completing their appointments.
**What You Bring to the Table**:
- **1-3 years of Sales Management experience**, leading high-performing teams.
- **Cold calling and sales experience** (solar industry preferred).
- A **passion for leadership** and **coaching**, with a track record of driving success.
- Strong **decision-making and problem-solving** skills in fast-paced environments.
