**What You Will Do**
- Lead and coach: Manage a remote call center sales team, setting clear goals and inspiring consistent results
- Build performance: Drive metrics across calls, appointments, and sales conversions
- Mentor and train: Develop sales reps into top performers with hands-on coaching and feedback
- Optimize operations: Oversee appointment verification, scheduling,



and CRM usage to ensure accuracy and efficiency
