What Youll Do
Be the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees
Create a warm, professional, and welcoming environment
Manage visitor check-ins, badge issuance, and access control
Handle calls, emails, and general inquiries with professionalism
Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
Ensure all security and visitor protocols are followed

Youre comfortable using basic office tools and systems




· Nice to Have
12 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer-facing role
Adaptability and a proactive attitude
Language Requirement
English (B2+ or higher) this is a must
Work Details
Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Onsite position
What We Offer
Competitive salary: $14,000 $17,500 MXN/month
Food vouchers: $1,000 MXN
