**The Role: AI Workflow & Automation Associate**
You’ll play a key role in designing, testing, and maintaining **AI-powered workflows** that support day-to-day property management operations. This entry-level role focuses on building reliable automations, ensuring accuracy of outputs, and integrating modern tools with our systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and optimizing automation workflows using **Stack AI**.
- Designing automations for core processes: property listings, tenant communications, maintenance tracking, and reporting.
- Integrating **AppFolio** with external tools and APIs for seamless data flow.
- Configuring AI-powered assistants using models such as **OpenAI GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, and Cohere**.




- Managing integrations with platforms such as Google Drive, Gmail, Outlook, Slack, Teams, Zapier, Notion, Trello, Airtable, and databases.
- Utilizing **PandaDocs** to streamline document workflows including leases and contracts.
- Documenting processes, training team members, and supporting quality assurance of automations.
**What You’ll Bring**
- Associate degree or higher, or equivalent practical experience in business, information systems, computer science, or related field.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
- Basic knowledge of workflow automation tools (Zapier, Make, or similar).
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and communicate technical concepts clearly.
- Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Pay: $186.00 - $224.00 per hour
