Do you want to be part of the team that drives financial precision in the Fuel area? The responsabilities of the role involve, among others:
- Responsible of digital inputs and handling discrepancies on FuelPlus system regarding events, quantity and price for Lufthansa & customers
- Performs invoice download and organization
- Creates and updates daily and incoming invoices reports
- Attaches invoices, as well as missing documentation/files on SAP systems
- Records requested credits, pre-released invoices for payment on FuelPlus system and registers recovered amounts
- Executes, monitors and follows up the internal control systems (ICS)
- Performs on an efficient way all team processes in order to accomplish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Requirements
Are you ready to Take-off with us? Know more about the requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, International Business or similar
- 1 year experience within invoice control, accounting processes and analysis desirable
- Experience within invoice control desirable
- Advanced command of English, both written and spoken required
- MS Office knowledge as user
- Knowledge within SAP software desirable
- Excellent adaptability

- Must posses a work permit in Mexico
