**Operations & Support Analyst (AI Startup - Remote LATAM)**:

Our client is a small but fast-growing **AI-powered software startup** supporting consulting, finance, and enterprise clients. They build intelligent automation tools that help teams save time and work smarter.
As they scale, they’re looking for a **reliable and detail-oriented Operations & Support Analyst** to manage client support tickets and keep daily operations running smoothly.
**Position Summary**:
You’ll handle client support tickets, assist internal teams with scheduling and documentation, and coordinate simple vendor and logistics tasks.
This is a hands-on role in a lean international team where adaptability, communication, and follow-through are key.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Client Support & Ticket Management**
- Manage incoming support tickets and ensure timely, professional responses.
- Escalate or coordinate ticket resolutions across technical and operations teams.
- Track issues, update FAQs, and identify opportunities for automation.
**Operational Support & Coordination**
- Execute recurring operational and administrative tasks.
- Support scheduling, documentation, and cross-team coordination.
- Maintain and update internal process documentation (Notion, Google Docs).
**Vendor & Logistics Assistance**




- Assist with vendor communication, assessment, and onboarding.
- Maintain records and documentation for vendor relationships.
**Qualifications**:
**Experience & Skills**
- 1-3 years of experience in operations, support, or administrative coordination.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience using productivity tools (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack, Excel/Sheets).
- Familiarity with support ticket systems (HubSpot, Intercom, Zendesk) is a plus.
- Basic familiarity with **AI tools** (ChatGPT, Claude, Notion AI) or a strong interest in learning them.

**What We Offer**:
