**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on facility equipment.
- Inspect and maintain service systems in line with safety and compliance standards.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, potable water, compressed air, and other systems.
- Monitor and manage inventory of consumables and spare parts.




- Collaborate with external service providers to resolve technical issues.
- Support internal clients and participate in safety brigades.
- Complete tasks on time and document activities per procedures.
- Attend training and contribute to a safe, efficient work environment.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
**Your Background**
- Technical degree in Electromechanics, Electrical, or Mechanical fields.
- 3+ years of experience in facilities maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, fire systems, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of low to high voltage electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001 standards and CMMS tools.
- Basic English proficiency (for reading equipment manuals); conversational English is a plus.
