- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _Director, Operations _located in _Aguascalientes_._
- Reporting to the _Sr Director, Program Management_; _Director, NPIs Operations_ is responsible for overseeing the operational aspects of new product launches, ensuring that they are executed efficiently and effectively._
What a typical day looks like:
- _ Strategic Planning_: Develops and maintains manufacturing operations business plans to include all program requirements, labor hours, cycle, production costs, and image._
- _ Cross-Functional Collaboration_: Works with various teams, including product management, sales, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful product launches._
- _ Operational Readiness_: Ensures that operations are ready to support new product launches, including developing and implementing operational processes and standards._
- _ Performance Metrics_: Defines and manages key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational success and identifies areas for improvement._
- _ Project Management_: Leads initiatives and projects to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness._
- _ Guarantee production, delivery in full, on time and in specifications, required by customers, at the most cutthroat cost_
- _ Define operational financial goals_




- _ Operational business experience including a successful performance track record managing staff and P&L;_
- _ Establish and communicate Business Unit goals and assignments._
- _ Define and execute operational programs in line with strategic plans and annual operating goals._
- _ Meet with Executive Business to review the readiness status, P&L; performance and evaluate KOI’s._
- _ Attend quarterly business reviews with key customers._
- _ Partner with other business to establish strategic plans and goals._
- _ Direct and control the activities on purchasing business, production control, planning, manufacturing engineering, test engineering, maintenance, manufacturing, program managment and logistics._
- _ Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce_
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- _ Requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field. A Master’s or MBA degree is preferred._
- _ Advance English._
- _ Critical Operators / TML / DL / depreciation /WIP / Key metrics for the operation._
- _ Management and comprehension of P&L.;_
- _ Customer and company metrics._
- _ Excellent Business skills/ People management staff development._
