Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experiencedBilingualHome Health Recruiterto join our client's growing healthcare team. In this role, you'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified caregivers, Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Registered Nurses (RNs). You'll play a key role in ensuring staffing needs are met while delivering an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Schedule

- Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time, with a one-hour unpaid break.

Key Responsibilities

- Source qualified caregivers, LPNs, and RNs through job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate onboarding and pre-employment documentation.
- Ensure compliance requirements are completed before hire.
- Partner with the operations team to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
- Build strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track recruitment metrics and hiring performance.
- Maintain accurate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage multiple open requisitions while meeting hiring deadlines.

Requirements

- Previous recruiting experience, preferably in healthcare or home health.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.




- Experience sourcing through Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Nice to Have

- Experience recruiting nurses, caregivers, or other healthcare professionals.
- Knowledge of healthcare hiring compliance and onboarding.
- Experience recruiting for multiple locations simultaneously.
