Overview
We are looking for a results-drivenBilingual B2B Appointment Setter(English & Spanish) to help expand our reach across integral markets. The primary goal of this role is to convert cold prospects and warm inbound leads into booked meetings for our Sales Manager by conducting targeted outreach and accurately managing our sales pipeline in Notion.
Schedule
- 20 hours per week, 11:00 AM TO 3:00 PM, Mexican Timezone
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects across English-speaking markets (UAE, UK, Poland) and the Spanish-speaking market (Mexico)
- Qualify leads from the company's existing database and convert interest into booked meetings for the sales manager
- Track all outreach activity, follow-ups, and prospect status within Notion to ensure full pipeline visibility
- Collaborate with the sales manager to align on target accounts, messaging, and meeting scheduling
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of prospect interactions and outcomes
- Support the team in re-engaging warm leads generated through LinkedIn, Google Ads, and website funnels
Requirements
- Professional fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken)
- Prior experience in B2B cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting
- Proficiency with Notion or similar project management and tracking tools
- Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills across different cultural contexts
- High level of self-discipline and ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Willingness to learn and articulate a technical product offering (telematics)
Scope
- Part-time or full-time engagement (2040 hours per week), with approximately half the time dedicated to each language market
- Work from the company's existing lead database; no list-building required initially
- Book qualified appointments and hand off to the sales manager for closing
- Operate within the prospect's preferred schedule and time zones (UAE, UK, Mexico)
- Report on daily and weekly outreach metrics and pipeline progress
- Month-to-month engagement with potential to expand into additional language markets
