Job Overview

Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Appointment Setter to drive outbound lead generation and cold calling efforts for property acquisition. In this role, you will identify potential wholesale opportunities, qualify property sellers based on motivation and timeline, and set high-quality appointments for internal closers and account executives.

Schedule

- Monday - Friday, Adaptable during client business hours EST (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Perform outbound cold calling to potential property sellers.
- Utilize PropStream to filter and identify potential wholesale opportunities.
- Navigate dialer systems like Call Tools for efficient outreach.
- Set qualified appointments for internal closers or account executives.
- Research and update property data from Zillow and public records.
- Qualify leads based on motivation, property condition, and timeline.
- Perform daily outreach to provided or researched property lists.
- Manage calendars for booking closing appointments.
- Conduct data entry and CRM updates for accurate lead tracking.




- Deliver regular reporting on call volume and lead conversion rates while maintaining a collaborative feedback loop with the closing team.

Requirements

- Previous outbound cold calling experience in a sales environment.
- Familiarity with real estate wholesaling concepts and terminology.
- Proficiency with real estate tools like PropStream and Call Tools.
- Exceptional English communication and rapport-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily call targets.
- Reliable home office setup for consistent performance.
