Job Overview

Our client is seeking a bilingual Real Estate Cold Caller & Appointment Setter to generate qualified appointments through outbound calls to expired listings and For-Sale-By-Owner (FSBO) leads in the Houston market. The idóneo candidate is fluent in English and Spanish, confident handling objections, and skilled at building rapport with prospects. This role also requires strong CRM management, consistent follow-up, and the ability to nurture leads until they are ready to transact.

Schedule

- MondayFriday, 8:30 AM1:00 PM CST, with a 30-minute paid break (22.5 hours per week)

Responsibilities

- Conduct outbound cold calls to expired listings and for-sale-by-owner leads to generate qualified appointments.
- Engage prospects in both English and Spanish to maximize outreach across the Houston market.
- Maintain and update the CRM with detailed lead information, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules.
- Nurture long-term leads through consistent follow-up to keep prospects engaged until they are ready to transact.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads to determine their readiness and fit before scheduling appointments.




- Prepare daily call lists and organize next-day workflows during dedicated admin time.

Requirements

- Proven experience in cold calling, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Fluent in both English and Spanish with strong verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle objections confidently and build rapport with prospects over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for CRM management and lead tracking.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- High level of resilience and persistence in a rejection-heavy calling environment.
