As a Manufacturing Excellence Consultant (WCM Consultant), you will work directly with customers to improve manufacturing performance through World Class Manufacturing (WCM), a holistic operational excellence methodology that integrates continuous improvement practices such as Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma. Your work will help customers reduce operational losses, improve productivity, strengthen organizational capabilities, and deliver measurable business results.
This role combines consulting, coaching, training, and project delivery.



Working closely with customer leadership teams and plant personnel, you will support the implementation of manufacturing excellence programs and help organizations build a strong culture of continuous improvement.
This is an exciting opportunity for a manufacturing professional who enjoys solving complex operational challenges, driving change, and creating visible impact within customer operations while collaborating with a integral network of operational excellence experts.
You will be based in Aguascalientes, Mexico.
You may be required to travel to customer sites up to 75% of your time across the region.
