**WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH**
You’ll be part of Bain’s Creative Services team—our integral design function supporting client-facing and internal teams with high-impact visual communications. Working collaboratively across the business, this team translates insights and strategies into compelling, clear, and beautifully executed design assets.
**WHERE YOU’LL FIT WITHIN THE TEAM**
As a Design Manager, you’ll lead a team of designers while acting as a key thought partner to Bain client teams and business stakeholders. You’ll guide project planning and delivery, ensuring world-class design outcomes that communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively. You’ll also play a key leadership role in mentoring talent, building team culture,



and shaping creative excellence across projects.
**WHAT YOU’LL DO**
- Translate insights into powerful visual communications—ensuring all deliverables meet strategic goals and brand standards
- Oversee the performance and development of a team of designers, providing thoughtful direction, coaching, and timely feedback
- Track and analyze team performance using Creative Services KPIs and service benchmarks, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting cross-team learning, innovation, and shared best practices
- Act as a role model for wellbeing and inclusive leadership, helping team members grow their skills and careers
**ABOUT YOU**
- 5+ years of experience in a senior design role, with direct people management responsibilities
- Proven ability to lead design projects in a fast-paced corporate environment—supported by a diverse portfolio across print and digital, including presentations, infographics, and data storytelling
- Expert-level skills in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong project management and communication skills—able to synthesize direction, influence stakeholders, and drive high-quality execution
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in design, communication, or related field
