Key Responsibilities
- Manages U.S. export authorizations/licenses for Honeywell Aerospace de Mexico and Honeywell Ingenieria y Tecnologia in Mexicali, MX.
- Collaborate with AO (Authorization Owner) in submitting export authorization requests to corporate Export Compliance organization
- Participates in Post Approval Reviews (PARs)
- Assists with development of and provides training to authorization users on the scope, limitations and conditions/provisos of the licenses.
- Supports Authorization Owners on the management of the Export Licenses/Authorizations.
- Tracks license values, expirations and any changes in Authorization Owners
- Releases blocks of material being returned to the United States in SAP/GTS.
- Collects, reviews and submits sales reports, as needed.
- Be the link between Engineering and Export Compliance Officers (ECOs). Contact with procurement, engineering, HR, sourcing, customs and manufacturing and answer questions related to the licenses/authorizations.
- Collaborate with Audits/ Assessments and investigations.
- Point of contact and oversight of project execution working with external customers and across Honeywell business units end to end.
- Leading the Management Operating System and project plans of future business activities that involve export compliance.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor of Business, Engineering or Science
- 5 years managing projects. Process knowledge of operations within Mexicali engineering,



project management skills and operational excellence to drive MRTC site level projects
- Domain of written and spoke English.
