- Develop job descriptions.
- Create HR policies and procedures, including changes, staffing needs, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain the Management System.
- Implement recognition programs and promote cultural change.
- Receive HR forms and communicate information to the relevant area.
- Manage and master turnover and absenteeism indicators, as well as present this data.
- Foster an employee-oriented corporate culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.

- ** Experience**: 3-5 years as a human resources generalist.
- ** English**: Fluent
- ** Education**: Bachelor's degree in humanities, engineering, or administration.
- Excellent employee relations skills.
- Experience in labor relations.
- Knowledge of labor legislation.
- Experience in policy creation.
- Experience in recruitment and selection processes.
- Experience in control and maintenance of the Management System.
- Ability to calculate turnover and absenteeism indicators.
- Experience in action plans to improve absenteeism and turnover.
