**World Renowned Cellular Performance Institute is looking for a Training Coordinator.**
This position plays a key role in maintaining our state of inspection readiness and guaranteeing the technical competence of personnel across our specialized laboratories. The Training Coordinator will also promote a strong culture of continuous learning, quality, patient safety, and continuous improvement.
We are considered by many to be the world's premiere facility for stem cell treatments and manufacturing. Our weekly stream of clientele include professional athletes from the UFC, NFL, MLB and more.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct assessments in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedure to identify skill gaps within the organization and mandatory training requirements.
- Based on the Training Needs Analysis (_DNC_), prioritize areas or positions that require additional training.
- Manage DC forms in compliance with the STPS (_Secretaría del Trabajo y Previsión Socia_l).
- Design and manage the annual training plan, including courses, workshops, and training sessions to be delivered within the established period, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives and legal obligations under the Federal Labor Law.
- Establish and coordinate the joint training, instruction, and productivity committee, prepare the corresponding founding minutes, maintain committee documentation, follow up on meetings and decisions, and ensure compliance with training commitments.
- Schedule and coordinate training activities through courses, workshops, and onboarding sessions, defining calendars, schedules, and assigning instructors and necessary resources.
- Monitor and report training KPIs.
- Manage the logistics of each session (reserving rooms or virtual platforms, educational materials, equipment, etc.), invite participants,
and oversee the quality of training content, ensuring that syllabi, presentations, and materials meet technical and pedagogical standards and align with the organization’s identified needs.
- Act as a liaison with internal or external instructors, providing them with the necessary information and resources to conduct courses.
- When external instructors are required, participate in their selection and hiring, verifying that they hold the necessary certification or registration.
- Recruit and train new instructors as needed, fostering a competent and up-to-date team of facilitators, and support staff in registering as certified trainers with the STPS.
- Register courses and instructors in the corresponding records, issue and deliver DC-3 skill certificates to participants upon course completion, and prepare the annual list of trained employees.
- Complete compliance procedures through the STPS SIRCE platform.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs, collect learning evidence through participant evaluations, exams, satisfaction surveys, practical assessments, and follow up on post-training performance to assess improvements.
- Prepare periodic reports on delivered training, detailing attendees, results, compliance rates, and areas for improvement, proposing continuous improvement actions in content or methodology based on results.
- Ensure delivery of mandatory training required by internal or external regulations.
- Implement teaching methodologies such as e-learning, hybrid training, microlearning, etc., and ensure continuous content updates.
- Administer LMS platforms or other tools designed to track and monitor training activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree completed in fields related to the position, preferably Human Resources, Psychology, Nursing, Medicine, Pedagogy, Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- A postgraduate degree or specialization in talent development, education, or training management is desirable.
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years in training and personnel development roles, coordinating corporate training programs or projects.
- Previous experience in implementing training plans and managing STPS compliance procedures.
- Ideally, experience in regulated industries requiring compliance with mandatory training, such as healthcare, pharmaceutical, or biotechnology sectors.
- English fluency is required.
**Preferred Certifications**:
- Training Instructor Certification accredited by SEP-CONOCER under competency standards EC0217/EC0301.
- Active registration as an External Training Agent with the STPS.
- International certifications in the field or knowledge of training quality management standards, such as ISO 10015.
**Skills**:
- Technical knowledge in training and development.
- Familiarity with STPS regulations, including the use of official DC forms (DC-1 to DC-5), committee management, and the ability to design and evaluate training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
