Requirements
- Administration or Engineering Bachelor Degree
- Advance English level
- Three years degree or equivalent in a related field or proven on the job experience working in a production environment
- One year of previous experience as a Supervisor in the areas of shipping receiving warehouse an inventory control
- Detailed understanding of inventory tracking and methods for tracking and maintaining inventory levels
- Previous experience leading a group of 20 or more employees
- Strong planning and organizing skills a must
- Demonstrated competence in supervisory skills: motivating employees to meet performance goals, strong communication skills, comfortable with coaching and training individuals and teams.
- Advanced excel
