FINANCIAL Specialist - COSA + CAPEX
Job Summary This Financial Specialist position serves as the financial controller for multiple customer and dealer-facing programs, and M&S; capital investments including:
- Vehicle division expenses related to telematics, electrification, and subscription and billing services
- Vehicle pre-delivery expense requirements and D&H; revenue
- M&S; CAPEX requirements
Job Functions
- Perform month-end close responsibilities including journal entries, variance analysis, expense reporting consolidation, and by-model reporting
- Prepare COSA budgets & forecasts working cross functionally with M&S; Operations, Total Customer Satisfaction, NissanStore and Connected Services teams
- Review and approve expenditure requests for CAPEX investments and vendor expenses (Zycus and eDecision systems)
- Support TdC reporting requirements
- Prepare D&H; Recovery Analysis
- Lead Telematics General Chargeback process and reconciliations with NML




- Coordinate M&S; CAPEX process including BP/FCST, monthly reporting, and WBS element creation
- Participate in cross functional implementation teams and provide Finance guidance for new revenue streams and services
- Perform special projects and ad-hoc financial reporting as required
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of related professional experience. Automotive background preferred.
- Firm understanding of financial concepts related to financial statements, and basic accounting principles as well as excellent analytical skills.
- Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Excel. Previous experience with Hyperion Planning and SAP preferred.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.Mexico City Mexico
