OBJECTIVE
Lead a team of technicians ensuring the discipline and measure to achieve the safety, quality, productivity and employee satisfaction targets. The main objective is to maintain the equipment available for the operation through the correct maintenance execution. To ensure full compliance with the objectives set by the company and department.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSABILITIES
- Responsible of execute the preventive and corrective maintenance
- GUIDE TI execution
- Promoter of a high service attitude oriented to the satisfaction of internal customers.
- Coordinate and supervise the activities of his direct reports.
- Daily monitoring of key performance indicators with his team.
- Provide the tools and equipment necessary for optimal performance that technicians require.
- Ensure the certifications for legal compliance of all the members of his team in time.
- Follow up on the GET program. Develop and promote the use of BRPMS tools.
- Identify development and training opportunities, manage a development plan with the coordinator and manager of the area and promote its execution.
- Encourage teamwork and the development of communication with his direct reports as well as between all the elements of his team.
- Maintain and promote a positive working relationship with the rest of the departments and business units.
- Maintaining constant feedback with the planner and rest members of the team to ensure the optimum use and development of GUIDE TI software.
- Follow up on the performance of contractors,



suppliers and service providers in the area.
- Management of the fire protection system, have the knowledge to be able to support in an emergency of the system.
- Management of the BMS.
- Follow BRP values and behaviors.
- Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
- Enforce Quality BRP policy.
- Follow up Office Vibe results through action plan.
