This Position reports to:
Customer Operations Manager
**Your role and responsibilities**
The work model for the role is: #LI-Hybrid
This role is contributing to the Electrification Distributions Systems division in San Luis Potosi
You will be mainly accountable for:
- Leading the project team allocated to the project.
- Monitoring and controlling project progress, efficient resource utilization, and project financials.
- Identifying, qualifying, quantifying, managing project risk, and ensuring all opportunities are identified and pursued.
- Driving the formal acceptance of the project, contract close-out, and acknowledgment by the customer, all in accordance with the contract.




- Working with the European Feeder Factories and US Costumers
**Qualifications for the role**
- Bachelors degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, Mecatronic, Electro - mechanic, Electronic Engineering
- You are engaged in and highly skilled in customer service and the electrification market
- 5 years of experience in Project Management in manufacturing industry (Knowledge of financial concepts and contract management)
- Experience in Excel, Project Management Tool, SAP, (Power Bi Preferred)
- Advanced English required
- Valid USA VISA and Passport (preferred)
