Amphenol Mexicali is seeking a skilled **Manufacturing Engineer** to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in evaluating our manufacturing processes and workflows to implement improvements that will enhance efficiency and productivity.
**Responsibilities**:
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and change.
- Create processes and procedures that help the company meet budgetary goals and performance quotas.
- Design and develop new products and product prototypes in collaboration with the creative team.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and interdepartmental meetings to ensure collaboration and cohesion.
- Establish effective and efficient work sequences.
- Develop innovative solutions to existing manufacturing problems.
- Create standardized design criteria across all product lines.
Experiência y requisitos
**Requirements**:
- Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Robotics, or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry.




- Proficiency in oral and written English.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in tool design.
- Experience in automated equipment programming.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and Lean Manufacturing methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Experience in project management.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
