**Responsibilities**
Ø Strong command of various operating systems. Knowledge of server administration, network protocols, and hardware configurations is essential for seamless IT operations. In-depth understanding and hands-on working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365, especially with Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID, Teams, & PowerShell.
- Partners with our Helpdesk to provide daily end-user support including but not limited to managing user setup, profiles, and roles, troubleshooting issues, logging, tracking, and resolving system problems and managing ticket queues.
- Provide call support and ensure that business system issues/opportunities are properly documented and prioritized in our ticketing system.
- Manage, track, and provide solutions to reported issues while seeking direction and guidance as needed.
- Works to support authorizations and system configuration requirements**.**
- Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day support of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and
- Overseeing IT personnel and daily operations within the IT department.

- Making upgrade recommendations based on organizational needs.

- Up to 6 years in similar position overseeing at least 2 different locations
- Technical skills in:
- Should have a minimum of 3 - 7 years of experience in Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Endpoint & Intune administration and related technologies Identify and implement the most optimal 365 solution, policies and process
