**Position Overview**:As Recruitment Administrator, you are responsible for all back-office recruitment activities, following up and closing hiring processes, providing full support to recruiters.




**Primary Responsibilities**:- Support recruitment team in all aspects of recruitment back office tasks- Responsible for document follow up and hiring process closure- Recruiting reporting and job posting- Offer Letter creation and follow up- Onboarding owner and operations follow up- HR team hiring communication and follow up- Other tasks as needed**Qualifications**:- Recruitment Experience- Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and in writing- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite- Organizing, planning, and time management skills- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills- Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks.
