**Job Summary****Responsibilities**- Lead the design and development of software solutions using.NET technologies- Oversee the implementation of Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements- Manage database design and optimization using SQL- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to drive innovation- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and gather feedback- Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning sessions**Qualifications**- Possess strong technical skills in Agile methodologies- Have extensive experience with.NET development- Demonstrate proficiency in SQL database management- Experience in Governance Risk & Compliance is a plus- Knowledge of Finance & Accounting domains is desirable- Familiarity with Property & Casualty Insurance is an advantage- Proficiency in English at a novice level is required- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality are crucial- Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work is expected.
**Certifications Required**- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate desirable
