As a Customer Success Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team of customer service professionals supporting customers across the Americas Region. - Lead and inspire a team of customer success professionals by setting clear goals and expectations aligned with company objectives.
- Oversee daily team operations, managing workload priorities to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
- Foster ongoing learning and professional growth through training, feedback, and open communication.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for complex customer issues, driving strategic solutions and cross-department collaboration.
- Analyze key performance metrics to identify trends and spearhead process improvements that enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with general teams to share best practices, streamline workflows, and implement initiatives promoting consistency and efficiency.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and developing team members within an inclusive and supportive environment.
- Champion the use of CRM tools like Salesforce to improve customer interaction quality and reporting.
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategies for customer service excellence aligned with business goals.
**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**
- Proven experience in customer service or supply chain in the manufacturing industry.
- Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Proven leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop others.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills focused on innovative, effective solutions.
- Proficient in SAP, Salesforce, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Advanced conversational English level with excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
**What Will Put You Ahead**
- Previous experience in leadership roles within customer service.
- Demonstrated success in implementing sustainable process improvements.
- Experience working with EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) customers.
