We’re looking for a **Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Specialist I (HRCS I)** to join our Compliance team and contribute to the growth of our Compliance Library and knowledge base.
As a **Healthcare Regulatory & Compliance Specialist I**, you will:
- Develop and update compliance templates, policies, checklists, competency assessments, and other related resources.
- Research, interpret, and link federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and evidence-based practices to MedTrainer solutions.
- Create and maintain compliance documents, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to formatting and metadata standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of compliance projects and initiatives.
- Take initiative to improve internal processes and adapt quickly to new technologies and priorities.

**Education & Certifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (required).
- Master’s degree (preferred).
**Experience**




- Experience developing and/or implementing policies, procedures, or compliance resource documents.
- Familiarity with A.I. tools for personal or professional use (preferred).
**Knowledge & Skills**
- General understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance practices, and policy development.
- Exceptional attention to detail, especially in context, format, and consistency.
- Excellent English communication skills (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and adaptability to learn new software.
- Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
