We're looking for a Sales Manager who gets energized by developing people, not just hitting numbers - because here, the numbers follow the coaching.

You'll lead a team of twenty bilingual sales representatives selling our financial services to English-speaking customers. Your day is spent on the floor: listening to calls, coaching in the moment, spotting what's blocking a rep from closing, and helping them break through it. When your team wins, you win.
