Supervises and manages the production lines under their responsibility, ensuring the achievement of established goals and objectives in safety, quality, service, and productivity. Coordinates and leads personnel across different shifts, fostering an efficient and motivating work environment.
Collaborates with different departments to achieve weekly objectives, ensuring compliance with the production schedule through the analysis of relevant information and the implementation of effective strategies. Additionally, ensures adherence to internal work regulations and administers disciplinary measures when necessary.
Experiência y requisitos
Graduate in any Engineering or Bachelor’s degree.
Previous supervisory experience in the manufacturing/maquiladora industry.
Self-directed, strategic, and dynamic profile.




Availability to work overtime or weekends occasionally, according to production needs.
Advanced English level.
