Consultor SAP Integraciones experiencia en SSFF/HCM
As a Global Solution Delivery Architect, you will lead end-to-end HCM transformation initiatives within a major S/4HANA global program. This role is pivotal in shaping the architectural vision, ensuring seamless integration of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll with S/4HANA and driving global solution delivery across multiple regions. You will act as the bridge between HR business processes and enterprise technology, ensuring scalable, compliant, and future-ready payroll solutions.



Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
· Solution Architecture: Define and oversee the general architecture for SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Payroll, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and transformation goals.

· Business Process Design: Translate complex HR/Payroll requirements into scalable To-Be processes, identifying gaps and designing innovative solutions .

· Integration Leadership: Architect and govern interfaces between SuccessFactors and S/4HANA Payroll, ensuring accurate employee data replication and payroll execution across countries.

· Payroll Schema & PCR Expert: Provide expert guidance on Payroll and Time schemas, PCRs, and wage type valuation to meet compliance and reporting needs.

· Finance Integration: Ensure seamless payroll-to-FI postings and integration with downstream SAP modules.

· Global Delivery Management:



Lead multi-phased global rollouts, coordinating across regions, managing dependencies, and ensuring consistent solution delivery.

· Implementation Oversight: Govern full lifecycle implementations including data migration, WRICEF developments, testing, and defect resolution.

· Documentation & Standards: Establish and maintain architectural blueprints, functional specifications, and global design templates.

· Testing & Deployment: Oversee SIT, UAT, and global go-lives, ensuring readiness and smooth cutover.

· Change Management & Training: Drive stakeholder engagement, develop training strategies, and support organizational adoption of new solutions.

Skills and Qualifications:

· Proven track record in global SAP SuccessFactors and S/4HANA transformation programs.
· Deep functional and architectural expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll and S/4HANA Finance integration.
· Strong experience in data migration, WRICEF development, and cross-module integration.
· Exceptional communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
· Ability to lead in onshore/offshore delivery models and manage global teams.
· Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA as a fully integrated enterprise solution.
· SAP SuccessFactors certification highly desirable.
