What You'll Be Doing: As our Quality Supervisor, you'll be the guardian of excellence! Your main mission will be to oversee and ensure that all quality standards are met and exceeded throughout our US-based photovoltaic projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to dive deep into the technical aspects of solar projects and play a crucial role in their successful delivery. ️

Your Key Responsibilities will include:

Supervising Quality: Leading quality control efforts and ensuring compliance with all project specifications and industry standards. You'll be the go-to person for all things quality! ✅

Document Control: Managing and maintaining all project-related documentation. Accuracy and organization are your superpowers here!

Inspections & Audits: Conducting regular site inspections and audits to identify potential issues and ensure corrective actions are taken promptly.

Team Collaboration: Working closely with project managers, engineers, and site teams to foster a culture of quality throughout the project lifecycle.

Reporting: Preparing detailed quality reports and performance metrics for management.





Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality outcomes.

What We're Looking For: We need someone who's got the skills, the drive, and the right attitude! Specifically, we're seeking:

Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a Quality role, at least within 1 photovoltaic project . If you've been in the solar trenches before, that’s a huge plus! ☀️

Language Skills: You need to be a communication whiz! A minimum of C1 level in English (both spoken and written) is absolutely essential. You'll be interacting with various stakeholders, so clarity and fluency are key. ️

Technical Acumen: A good understanding of quality management principles and practices in construction or engineering projects.

Attention to Detail: You've got eyes like a hawk when it comes to spotting discrepancies and ensuring everything is just right.

Problem-Solving Skills: You can tackle challenges head-on and find effective solutions.
