**Position**:
We are looking for a Financial Controlling Coordinator Jr. for our LVMH Beauty Division in Mexico. This position is responsible for monitoring Financial Planning and Analysis as well as Internal Control / Financial Operation for one of our iconic brands.
In a fast-growing environment and in a strong retail development context, the Financial Controlling Coordinator is a strong support to the retail teams, the different business departments and the regional management.
**Job responsibilities**:
- Responsible for all regular reporting, budgeting and forecasting, controlling of our brands
- Perform financial and business analysis for brand/BPC management to support business decisions
- Provide strategic analysis on business in order to make proposals or recommendations, to elaborate solutions and drive for brand/BPC improvement in terms of business objectives, financial performance and operational processes
- Control operation expenses and seek for areas of savings, efficiency and productivity.
- Participate proactively in the strategic planning and decision process of the brand/BPC
- Ensure procedures and internal controls are properly in place, to reinforce the company policy and guidelines through education to brand team
- Assist in ad hoc assignment as assigned from time to time from management and HQ
**Profile**:




- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Proficient in MS Excel & Word Processing
- Familiar with ERP preferably MS Dynamics AX system, BI tools (Cognos/Power BI)
- A team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment
- Strong communication skills
- Able to work independently, manage multiple stakeholders and reporting lines
- Well-organized, sensitive to figures, detail-oriented and commitment to accuracy
- Proactive, meticulous with strong analytical thinking and business mind-set
- At lease 2 years of controlling experience
