- Design and configure product implementations tailored to each client’s workflow and goals.
- Manage a portfolio of customers, ensuring smooth onboarding and ongoing engagement.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents and product requests.
- Work with APIs, automation tools, and integrations to enhance implementation flexibility.
- Collaborate with the product/dev team to suggest and prioritize improvements based on customer feedback.
- Document best practices and standardized processes for scalable implementations.
- Monitor usage patterns and propose optimizations to increase customer value.
Calificaciones y Habilidades
**Background**:
- Degree in Business Engineering, Systems Engineering, or similar.
- 1-3 years of experience in technical onboarding, operations, or implementation roles — ideally in SaaS or startup environments.
- Experience working with APIs, automation tools,



or integrations is a strong plus.
- Basic to intermediate understanding of **AI or NLP** is desirable.
