Join our team as an Autonomous Maintenance Operations Analyst. In this role, you’ll be responsible for facilitating and ensuring the execution of the Autonomous Maintenance (AM) strategy on the shop floor at our Querétaro Plant. You’ll empower operational teams to implement Kellanova Work System methodologies, ensuring a strong foundation for performance, safety, and efficiency across all production lines.
This position is based in Querétaro, Mexico.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Autonomous Maintenance Implementation: Guarantee the execution and follow-up of the AM implementation plan across production lines.
- Culture & Capability Building: Promote the adoption of AM tools and mindset within operational teams through coaching and structured training.
- Performance Tracking: Maintain and update AM, EHSS, QFS, Maintenance, OEE, and Cost indicators using tools such as Power BI and Power Apps.
- Audits & Standards: Conduct internal AM audits, develop visual standards, and ensure accurate documentation across teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Partner with production teams to identify and eliminate contamination sources and hard-to-access areas.
Your Recipe for Success
**Education**: Engineering or related field
**Experience**: 2+ years in manufacturing or maintenance operations
**Systems**: Excel, Power BI, Power Apps
**Knowledge**: Autonomous Maintenance
**Skills**: Data analysis, process improvement, auditing
**Languages**: Spanish (English desirable)
**Competencies**: Collaboration, Proactivity, Attention to detail
