We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as **Oracle DBA (On call support)**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain documentation for database configurations, processes, and standards.
- Proactively monitor database systems for health, performance, resource utilization, and potential issues.
- Monitor and tune database performance to ensure optimal efficiency and responsiveness
- Manage database backup and recovery strategies, including regular DR drills for recovery procedures.
- Manage database security, including users, roles, privileges, and access control measures to protect data.
**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, computer science or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Oracle database 11g/12c/18c/19c
- Sound knowledge of database backup procedures, recovery systems, and SQL
- Strong understanding of Oracle database architecture & OEM
- Knowledge of Oracle management tools such as Data Guard, RMAN
- Outstanding verbal, written,



and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.
- Cloud Experience
- Experience with relevant operating systems (e.g., Linux, Unix).
