General Clerk & Customer Service Representative
**Main Functions and Tasks**
**Administrative & Clerical Support**:
- **Document Management**:You'll be responsible for organizing, filing, and retrieving a variety of documents, both physical and digital. This includes data entry, scanning, and maintaining up-to-date records.




- **Office Operations**:This role involves scheduling appointments, and assisting with other general office duties as needed. You may also be asked to handle basic accounting tasks, such as management of invoices through finance department.
**Customer Service**:
- **Issue Resolution**:You'll be responsible for resolving customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. This involves listening carefully, investigating the problem, and offering a suitable solution.
- **Information Management**:You will maintain accurate and detailed customer records, documenting all interactions and transactions.
