Are you passionate about hands-on IT support and ready to make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? Hitachi Energy Transformers is looking for a proactive and customer-focused **OSS -**IT Support Specialist**to join our Business Solutions IT team in **Reynosa, Mexico**.
This **Day shift**role ( Monday-Friday, 7:20AM-4:56 PM) offers the chance to be the face of IT, solving real-world tech challenges and ensuring smooth operations for our on-site users.

**How You’ll Make an Impact**
- Deliver ready-to-use computers and provide desk-side support to users.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues requiring physical intervention.
- Guide users through self-service tools and provide ad-hoc training.




- Manage inventory and update asset records in CMDB.
- Coordinate logistics for device shipments and warranty cases.
- Support IT equipment in meeting rooms and collaboration areas.
- Host and assist third-party technicians on-site.
- Monitor computer rooms for optimal functionality and compliance.
- Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.
**Your Background**
- Formal education or apprenticeship in IT from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in IT support.
- Fluent in **Spanish and English**, with strong communication skills.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, MS Office 365, Windows, iOS.
- Legal authorization to work in Mexico (no visa sponsorship available).
