Michael Baldwin Properties is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and creativeMarketing & Content Coordinatorto support the day-to-day marketing activities, digital presence, and personal brand initiatives of Michael Baldwin and his team.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a small, dynamic environment where marketing, content creation, organization, and project coordination come together.

The idóneo candidate is detail-oriented, creative, comfortable managing multiple priorities, and interested in continuing to develop their skills in marketing, branding, content creation, and digital media.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Content
- Manage and coordinate content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
- Coordinate photography and videography sessions for property and lifestyle content.
- Create, edit, and publish short-form video content for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Manage website updates and content administration.
- Coordinate newsletters and other communications.




- Support basic SEO/GEO initiatives and digital advertising efforts (Google Ads and social media advertising).
- Maintain content calendars and monitor marketing performance metrics.

Administrative & Coordination Support
- Coordinate projects, timelines, and follow-up tasks.
- Maintain organized records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Prepare internal reports and marketing updates.
- Support day-to-day administrative and operational tasks as needed within a small team environment.

Special Projects
- Support property marketing initiatives.
- Assist with brand development projects.
- Support occasional events and client-facing initiatives.
- Participate in special projects related to Michael Baldwin Properties and Lifestyle in Cabo.
