In this role, you will impact the overall operational excellence of the organization by implementing best practices, streamlining processes, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Lead initiatives to improve operational processes and drive efficiency across the organization.
- Analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and standardize processes.
- Become proficient with platforms like Tableau or Power BI to create clear charts and dashboards that communicate data insights effectively.
- Develop a basic understanding of statistical methods to interpret data and build robust models for forecasting and decision-making.
- Analyze site SQDCP performance indicators and keep tracking of the improvement.
- Execute the usage of dashboards and reports using AI-powered tools to surface trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities for leadership to drive decision making.
- Track progress of Lean initiatives and AI-driven process optimizations across sites, compiling insights and preparing documentation for continuous improvement reviews.
- Monitor data sources using AI algorithms to detect inconsistencies, improve accessibility, and ensure reliable performance tracking.
YOU MUST HAVE




- Proven experience in operational excellence or process improvement roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Tableau, or similar.
- Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
