**Job Summary**: We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to engage with new users and organizations, ensuring they maximize the potential of the Drodat platform. The CSM will work to maintain a strong relationship with both active and trialing Drodat users. An efficient Customer Success Manager should have great communication skills, and strong confidence using a CRM. (TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED)
**Deliverables**:
- Assist with client account onboarding
- Engage with new users to educate them on Drodat
- Ensure trial users convert to paid users
- Conduct regular check-ins with users
- Identify and address user challenges
Pay: $223.26 - $241.86 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
