OverviewWe are seeking a dedicated Controls Engineer to perform L1 commissioning in the field at various customer sites throughout the East Coast.This role involves remote I/O checks, setting up IP addresses for VFDs, verifying device communications to PLC, and performing basic edits to PLCs.ResponsibilitiesConduct L1 commissioning at different customer sites on the East Coast.Set up IP addresses for VFDs.Verify device communications to PLC.Perform basic edits to PLCs.QualificationsBachelor's DegreeProficiency with Rockwell PLCsKnowledge of VFDs and conveyor systemsExperience with automation and field serviceAdditional Skills & QualificationsExperience with HMIFamiliarity with device communicationsTravel and Work ScheduleTravel to customer sites throughout the East Coast, following a 10 days on, 4 days off schedule.Work will be conducted in the field, with meetings often held via MS Teams.You will have the opportunity to support major clients.Seniority level:Mid-Senior level
