OverviewAtSyntax , we are looking for a talentedSAP BI Consultantto join our growing team.This role is adecuado for someone who is passionate about transforming data into actionable insights, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.You will work on designing, developing, and implementingSAP Business Intelligencesolutions, ensuring our clients can make data-driven decisions with confidence.ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure, and implement SAP BI solutions (BW/4 HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, BOBJ, etc.).
Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.Develop data models, reports, and dashboards to support decision-making.Optimize ETL processes and ensure data quality, consistency, and security.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.Provide user training, documentation,



and post-implementation support.Requirements3+ yearsof experience inSAP BI/BW(BW/4 HANA experience is a plus).
Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting tools.Experience withSAP Analytics Cloudand/orSAP Business Objectspreferred.Understanding of integration with SAP ERP or S/4 HANA modules.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication skills in (English/Spanish or both).
