We are looking for aProduct Managerto lead the development and scaling of automated legal collections processes.This role sits at the intersection of product, legal, data, and operations and focuses on building a high-impact product that directly drives recovery, cost efficiency, and scalability of legal operations.You will own a critical product area end-to-end — from defining the vision and strategy to delivering measurable business outcomes across the full legal collections lifecycle.Challenges that await you:Own the product direction and roadmap for legal collections automationTranslate business and legal strategy into scalable product solutionsDesign and launch end-to-end automated workflows across the legal lifecycle (case selection, document generation, filing, status tracking)Drive improvements in key business metrics such as recovery rate, cost per case, and time-to-resolutionBuild and iterate on decisioning logic using data, segmentation, and scoring modelsDefine success metrics and lead experimentation (A/B testing) to optimize performanceWork closely with Legal, Collections, Data Science, Engineering, and Operations to deliver solutions end-to-endOwn integrations with external partners (law firms, courts,
