CloudBlue enables partners to monetize and manage cloud services and subscriptions at scale, combining the agility of a high-growth business with the backing of a integral organization.As the Web Strategist , you will define and lead the evolution of CloudBlue's digital presence, positioning the website as a full-funnel growth engine that drives acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
You will connect traffic, user experience, and performance into measurable business outcomes while delivering a high-impact brand experience for a global audience.What you'll doOwn and evolve the overall web strategy to drive lead generation, engagement, and growthLead the redesign and re-architecture of the website to clearly communicate brand and solutionsDrive acquisition through SEO, content strategy, and performance-focused digital initiativesOptimize continuously through A/B testing, CRO, and UX improvementsDevelop personalized digital experiences and content workflows aligned to user journeysPartner cross-functionally with Product, Brand, Growth, CRM, IT,



and Legal teamsImplement and scale SEO strategy including technical, on-page, and contentExplore and deploy AI-driven solutions for content, personalization, and discoveryBuild and manage campaign landing pages and conversion funnelsMonitor performance and translate insights into actionable improvementsOversee CMS, site performance, and technical health across devicesEnsure quality standards including metadata, accessibility, and mobile usabilityDeliver localized, market-specific content strategies to drive international expansionSupport other tasks or projects as assigned to meet team and business needsAbout you3–7+ years in web strategy, digital marketing, or growth-focused rolesProven track record improving website performance across traffic, engagement, and conversionStrong expertise in SEO including technical, on-page, and content strategyExperience with CRO, A/B testing, and UX best practicesProficiency with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and heatmapping toolsExperience building content strategies aligned to search intent and user journeysStrong understanding of how AI is shaping search and discoveryComfortable using AI tools to enhance research, content, and optimization workflowsAbility to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionStrong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder management skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English,
