We are a US-based agency that is hiring full-time, remote positions.Pay will be in USD, between$2,400 to $3,400 per month, depending on experience.We provide our clients with a dedicated virtual Marketing Manager, which is where you come in.
You will be assigned to work with one or two US-based small businesses, acting as both a key member of their team and ours.Unlike a traditional in-house role, you'll have the opportunity to work across multiple industries while continuing to grow professionally.
We provide ongoing coaching, training, and support to help you become an even stronger marketer.
You'll continually learn new strategies, AI tools, marketing systems, and best practices alongside an incredible community of marketers.Marketing Manager ResponsibilitiesAs a Marketing Manager, you'll be responsible for helping clients develop and execute marketing initiatives that generate measurable business growth.
Responsibilities may include:Developing and managing marketing strategies that align with business goalsEvaluating marketing performance and recommending where to invest, improve, or pivotManaging campaigns across multiple channelsCoordinating with outside vendors and agencies when applicableManaging landing pages, funnels, and marketing automationsPlanning and executing email marketing campaigns and newslettersOverseeing content strategy, including blogs, social media,



and lead magnetsManaging or supporting paid advertising efforts (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)Using AI and automation to improve marketing efficiencyTracking KPIs and presenting marketing insights and recommendationsHelping prioritize projects and marketing initiatives based on business impactOccasionally creating or reviewing marketing assets, including graphics, videos, and website contentRequirementsBased in Mexico5+ years of marketing experienceExperience developing marketing strategies, not just executing tasksComfortable analyzing marketing performance and making data-driven recommendationsAdvanced English, writing, speaking, and comprehensionFast home internetPersonal computerComfortable using AI as part of your daily workflow, building automationsHighly organized with excellent project management and time management skillsStrong communicator who can confidently interact with US business ownersAble to balance strategic thinking with hands-on executionBenefits and How to ApplyYou will receive unlimited PTO in addition to standard US holidays.
