**Engineer Automotive Quality - Customer Service**
We are looking for a highly experienced professional in customer service, with a proven track record working with major clients such as GM and Tesla.
Mata automotive is a leading full service supplier of interior and exterior decorative components in real premium materials for the general automotive industry.
**Key Requirements**:
**Mandatory requirements**: I
**Have worked with Tesla and/or GM portals for at least the last 3 years.**
**Fluent English (C1 level)** - essential for this role.

Training in IATF and Core Tools** is required.
- **VDA training** is preferred but not mandatory.
- Experience**:5 to 8 years as a Quality Engineer**.
- **Education**:



Engineering or related degree desirable with focus on quality and process improvement.
- **Quality tools**: Master basic measuring equipment such as ohmmeters, vernier, micrometer, and rulers. 8D's (common methodology to solve problems and prevent recurrence).
- Experience in **PPAPs.**
- **Generation of customer reports, use of customer portals and process documentation (Tesla & GM).**
- Detect problems and recommend actions: Strong focus on identifying and solving problems in a timely manner.
- Data analysis: Important to make decisions based on objective information.
- First Article Inspection, Final Inspection before shipment, line releases, defect catalogs.
