- Production Shift Lead
- Ramos Arizpe, Mexico | Operations | Experienced | Unlimited | November 5, 2025-SHARE - Job DescriptionMain TasksManage and control the day-to-day activities for an assigned shift within a production plant
- Lead, direct and coordinate a team of employees within the area of responsibility (but not disciplinary)
- Manage and control if the production activities are in line with the production plan and deadlines
- Ensure that the product quality is in compliance with the technical and quality standards as well as the customer requirements
- Support the RPS/8D Process in collaboration with the Production Manager and the Production Supervisor to ensure that the quality standards are met, participate in the RPS discussions/meetings
- Ensure the quality approval of the products by the Quality Inspectors/Supervisors and implement corrective actions in case of deviations, control if the corrective measures are effectively applied
- Implement, coordinate and control the accuracy, cleanliness and the order of the production area/activities
- Ensure that the machines and technical equipment are properly used and maintained
- Manage/execute the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Process, control for loss and/or damages of the machines and equipment, ensure the repair/maintenance service




- Ensure that the machine capacities are optimally planned and used as well as the technical reliability of the machines, equipment and tools
- Coordinate and control the set-up processes in accordance with the pre-defined schedule
- Provide, manage and update all documentation as regards the production activities and facilities
- Manage the plant and machine safety, ensure that all safety requirements, sustainability issues and legal regulations are fulfilled
- Ensure and maintain of all records as per ISO / TS / EMS StandardsYour Profile- Educación

- Experiência
- Tres años de experiência preferentemente en la industria automotriz desempeñando actividades similares
