We are seeking a **Lead Business Analyst**to join our organization.
In this role, you will drive business process improvements and support digital transformation efforts. You’ll collaborate with diverse teams and make a significant impact on Salesforce-driven initiatives.
**Responsibilities**
- Partner with business leaders, end-users, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business objectives into detailed functional and technical specifications, process flows, and diagrams
- Evaluate current business processes to pinpoint inefficiencies and suggest improvements leveraging Salesforce
- Map and document complete business workflows within the Salesforce ecosystem
- Assist in developing and executing test plans to verify system functionality and performance
- Ensure data accuracy and confirm solutions meet business goals
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical groups to ensure effective communication and alignment
- Facilitate workshops, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders and users on Salesforce capabilities
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a business analyst or in a related position
- At least one year of experience leading and managing teams
- Practical experience working with the Salesforce platform
- Background in Salesforce consulting
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Solid experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
- Advanced proficiency in English, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or above
**Nice to have**
- Experience working with Salesforce CPQ
- Understanding of Salesforce Configuration
- Prior experience in the telecommunications sector
