We are looking for a **Senior Business Analyst**to join our team.
You will play a key role in supporting digital transformation initiatives and optimizing business processes. This position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams and contribute to impactful Salesforce projects.
**Responsibilities**
- Work closely with stakeholders, including business leaders, end-users, and technical teams, to collect, analyze, and document business requirements
- Convert business needs into comprehensive functional and technical specifications, workflows, and process diagrams
- Assess and review existing business processes to identify gaps and recommend enhancements using Salesforce solutions
- Document and map end-to-end business processes and workflows within the Salesforce platform
- Support the creation and execution of test plans to ensure system functionality and performance meet requirements
- Maintain data integrity and ensure solutions align with business objectives
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to facilitate clear communication and manage expectations
- Organize and lead workshops, demonstrations, and training sessions for stakeholders and end-users on Salesforce features
**Requirements**:
- At least 3 years of experience as a business analyst or in a similar role
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform
- Experience in Salesforce consulting
- Proficiency with Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Solid background in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Advanced English communication skills, both written and spoken, at B2+ level or higher
**Nice to have**
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ
- Knowledge of Salesforce Configuration
- Previous experience working in the telecommunications industry
